When you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, company details, project requirements, and attachments. Please provide only information relevant to your enquiry.
Hosting and security providers may process IP addresses, browser information, request times, errors, and access logs to deliver pages, control access, and maintain security, under their applicable policies.
The inline demonstrations use illustrative data and run in your browser. They do not submit requests to third-party AI models. The demonstration API, if called, processes the supplied data on our hosting infrastructure without application-level persistence.
03 / Purposes and legal grounds
We process enquiry data to respond, evaluate a potential engagement, and provide agreed services. Where GDPR applies, processing requested by you in preparation for a contract, or to deliver a contract, relies on those grounds. General business correspondence and security logs are assessed against the legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and protecting services, including the impact on individual rights. Public website checks
When you run an SEO check, the URL and check settings are sent to our Infinite Growth checking service. Reports are returned to your browser and can be downloaded. The checking service may cache results. Do not submit private URLs or links containing passwords, access tokens or personal records.
