01 / Website purpose
This website provides information about our company, capabilities, delivery approach, and interactive demonstrations. Viewing a page, trying a demonstration, or sending an enquiry does not by itself create a service agreement.
02 / Content and demonstrations
Demonstrations are provided for exploration and may use example data. Reference studies identify their original creators. They do not imply a client relationship, endorsement, or a production service supplied by those creators. Information may be updated as the site and services develop.
03 / Intellectual property
Company content, third-party materials, and open-source components remain subject to the rights and licences of their respective owners. A reference or accessible source file does not grant rights beyond the applicable licence. Retained licence notices accompany the relevant open-source demonstration.
04 / Acceptable use
Do not use the website to access systems or data without authorization, interfere with service, introduce harmful code, or infringe others’ rights. Do not submit passwords, API keys, confidential customer datasets, or unnecessary sensitive personal information through demonstrations.
05 / External links and email
External websites and third-party services operate under their own terms and policies. Email links open your email application; a message is sent only when you choose to send it. Review recipients and attachments before sending.
06 / Availability and commercial scope
We aim to maintain a useful and accurate website, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that demonstrations meet a particular production requirement. Project scope, security commitments, deliverables, fees, support, and liabilities must be defined in the relevant written agreement, subject to applicable law.
07 / Questions and changes
For questions about these terms, contact info@newgens.org. We may update this page and will display the revision date. Commercial dispute-resolution arrangements are addressed in the applicable service agreement.
